Our driveway provides parking for two vehicles so that there is no need to park on the street.

 

The garage has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience, and a pool table and a fusball table for your entertainment.

 

The open plan living room and dining room are the perfect place to spend an evening in after a hard day at the theme parks, beaches or out on the golf course.

 

The kitchen is outfitted with a fully operational hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher so that you have all the comforts and conveniences of home at your fingertips. There is also a small breakfast area with a round dining table and chairs so that you can enjoy a more intimate dining experience.

 

The family room is furnished with luxurious sofas and a 55 inch flatscreen LCD Smart TV that has access to a range of TV channels as well as complimentary access to our house Netflix account. We also have free Wi-Fi that operates throughout the whole house.

 

The master bedroom has a super king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, safe, dresser, ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower as well as a second flatcreen TV.

 

Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, dresser and built-in wardrobe with a third flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom with combined bath/shower.

 

Bedrooms 3 and 4 come with twin beds, built-in wardrobes and dressers with a shared bathroom between them. A cot is also available upon request.

 

The pool area not only has an extended deck that enjoys sun all year round, but also a covered dining area, our four burner BBQ and our recently resurfaced pool. You can spend rest days playing in our pool or lying out in the sun, watching the golfers go by on the 2nd fairway from the relative safety of our lanai. With our four burner BBQ you can cook outside and even create some local barbecued delicacies
